Storage tanks

PSI presents a distinctive remedy for addressing the buildup of crude sludge in oil storage tanks. Prior to the introduction of crude oil, our process effectively treats the accumulated sludge. This eliminates the necessity of extracting hazardous substances post-treatment and eliminates the need for personnel to enter the tank. The crude oil is subsequently mixed with PSI chemicals, resulting in a marketable product upon completion of the treatment procedure.

Solutions

Pipelines

The PSI process has been fine-tuned to mitigate sludge in oil pipelines effectively. Before the Pig launch, a precalculated amount of PSI solution is injected ahead of the pig. The pig then distributes PSI to sections affected by sludge.

PSI desludging technique method enlarges the internal diameter of the pipe from the legacy of wax, asphalt & sand depositions, optimizing flow rates & pressure.

Oil tankers

PSI proves highly effective when applied to crude oil tankers (VLCC) during cleaning activity.

PSI Solution is introduced to the oily sludge and agitated to liquefy the sludge for faster removal.

Overall, cleaning time reduces substantially compared to the traditional method.

Removal of Wax, Asphalt & Sand deposition in ESP Pumps and Tubing

  • Applications include Inline Removal of Depositions of Asphalt, Wax, Sand.
  • ESP deposition removal with “PSI – Chemistry” Injection via – Casing.
  • Water Soluble, effective wetting agent
  • Penetrate large areas, resulting in enhanced production and effectiveness for a longer period.

Well Stimulation EOR Fracking

  • Step 1. PSI Chemical Injection through tubing/casing to near wellbore area.
  • Step 2. Predetermined soak time to liquefy the sludge accumulation downhole.
  • Step 3. Back into production.
  • Step 4. Determine the frequency of Injection and production cycle.
  • PSI activity can be undertaken by services contractors providing downhole services / wireline / well cleaning / fracking services
  • Step 1. PSI Chemical Injection through the casing.
  • Step 2. PSI flows through the production tubing.
  • Step 3. PSI removes depositions of the sludge/sand built into the propeller,   improving the flow rates and reducing the amps.
  • Step 4. Determine the frequency of Injection and production cycle.
  • If injection through the casing is not an option, the injection will be done through the tubing with soak-in time.
