Snežana Pekić
Chief Operating Officer
Ms. Pekic has over fifteen years of experience in managing and operating large corporations in the Balkans. She holds a joint master’s degree from the University of Belgrade, Serbia, and Aristotle’s University Thessaloniki, Greece. Additionally, she is a qualified Accounting Technician and Internal Auditor and holds a License as a Health and Safety Inspector.
Ms. Pekic began her career with Kalemper Montenegro as a Health and Safety Manager and subsequently advanced to General Manager of the Group. In 2019, she was appointed CEO of Iskra Delta, one of the largest IT development and execution companies in former Yugoslavia. In 2021, she returned to Montenegro as Chief of Staff of The Minister of Economic Development and Tourism. In 2023, Ms. Pekic assumed the role of COO of PSI, responsible for the global development of its business. She is also the mother of two young boys and an active Rotarian.
Engr. Milind Mankad
Director, Production
Mr. Mankad holds an MBA from Manipal Institute of Technology and possesses almost twenty-five years of experience in the Petrochemicals space. He commenced his career with Arlington Petroleum in Nigeria as a Project Lead, overseeing Project Engineering & Management of Oil & Gas surface facilities in the onshore fields of Nigeria. Additionally, he was responsible for Front-End Loading unto FEED / EPC Award, Detailed Engineering Management, Contracts, Planning & Cost Control, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning & Start-up phases of the facilities.
In 2010, he returned to India to lead a major petrochemical manufacturing facility being established in Western India. His responsibilities encompassed Petrochemical Plant Production/Technical Services/Erection, Commissioning/Project Management, Revamping Utilities, Water Treatment, Desalination, and Industrial Effluent. In 2017, Mr. Mankad assumed leadership of the new PSI facility in India and has been accountable for all aspects of R&D, Process Engineering, and quality control.
Eduardo Magana
Director, Business Development
Mr. Magana is a Mexican national with extensive experience as a business development specialist. In 2014, he founded KazMex, the Kazakhstan-Mexico Business Chamber, of which he is still the president. He has experience in Swiss Private Banking and has lived in over 25 countries around the globe. Additionally, he has published promotional editorial projects in Forbes International, The New York Times Magazine, Foreign Affairs, Jornal de Negócios, ABC, and El Mundo.
In the public sector, he served as a Representative of the Government of the State of Querétaro in Mexico City and worked as a Strategic Affairs Advisor to Ricardo Anaya’s Presidential campaign in 2018. Currently, he advises political leaders in Mexico, Macedonia, Andorra, and the Vatican and has previously advised in Gabon and Kazakhstan. Eduardo speaks Spanish, English, French, Portuguese, and Italian fluently.
Vitaly Russkik
Manager, CIS
Mr. Ruskikh holds a master’s degree in Engineering from The University of Kazan and possesses over seventeen years of experience in the Engineering and Cost Estimation sector. He is an experienced Shift Engineer with a demonstrated history of working in the engineering industry, skilled in Cost Estimation, Process Control, Energy Industry, Engineering, and HAZOP Study.
Additionally, he has developed several software suites for cost estimation and quality control in the process, architecture, and engineering sectors.
